2 ways:
1. buy a mac [OS X runs a UNIX/freeBSD kernel]
2. install linux [from same UNIX family]
see ubuntu linux or opensuse linux;
you won't EVER need AV sw because virii don't catch on UNIX/Linux operating systems.
Make your firewall on and keep your computer updated and also use 3rd party softwares Like Anti Spam, Anti Spyware.
Just dont surf, stay offline!
