go to www.trendmicro.com and use the free antivirus scan. if that doesent work try spybot. Manually removing a virus isnt very easy. you have to get every part of it which would take forever to manually find all of it.
if one of the anit virus software can id it, you may be able to search your system for it, most now days spead there goodness in many ways so people cant get rid of it. if you find it, turn off restore, many time it will hide there ready to come out again.
go and do an online scan they will remove it for you, theres a few out there,

or you can use ctrl/alt/delte keys, gets task manager up, then lookin proceses ans see if you can see the name of it. then stop that process.
