Yes. Now my Registry is all mesed up and my computer crashes at least once a day. No I don't have loads of spyware, viruses or pop-ups. Every time you ahve problems with e-mail, you can almost bet it's Norton messing around. When I get a new computer, I'm going to switch to something different.

No, have been using it since 98 and will never use anything else, you never mentioned what problem you are having. Some people don't understand it and blames the Norton. You are missing something. So, ask again and tell us what problem you are having. I never had to call any number, but is there a number on your package that you can call for help? Tech here too, A + certified and alot more.

I've bench tested Norton against AVG, Panda, McAfee, eTrust EZ Antivirus, and a host of others.
Norton won hands down.
I wouldn't use anything else.
