Your McAfee subscription is based on your login information which is usually your email address and a password. If you have forgotten the information you can contact their technical support. If your McAfee came as part of your Toshiba package you could also contact Toshiba technical support.

Once you are logged into the Toshiba or McAfee site.. you will have access to re-download your software and update the product. I would suggest you do this before wandering on the net.

You will also want to ensure you've completely run windows update and rebooted several times until everything is up to date.
