FDISK the harddrive and remove the partitions, recreate and reformat drive (low level) than reload operating system.

This will get rid of the virus not to mention everything on the drive.

Try rebooting your computer in safe mode. (Google on how to do this if you don't know how) then run your virus program. If this doesn't work, you're in for a long process. But don't give up on it. You'll get it.
I had one of those and everytime I moved the cursor close to it, the thing detected my approach and it would crash my entire PC. It would totally shut the whole thing down.
