And what about spyware and keylogger stuff? can those be scanned too? I want something comprehensive that looks for all that bad stuff!! =D thank you

none. don't worry about it. most of that stuff is written for pc's and not macs.

You don't need anything.
u do not need anti-virus software, macs do not get vireses or spyware or adware. macs dont get any of that "bad stuff".
Viruses and spyware were created for stealing data, hacking the computers and sending spam emails.. So makers of viruses target the widely used Windows Operating system, not Macs.. To say clearly, viruses are not compatible with Mac.

One more thing, Mac has inbuilt security. It doesn't welcome third party software. So unless Mac people create a virus, you won't get infected..

So, forget about getting an antivirus software.
