To remove anti-virus and security completely you need to do following things.

1) Dont keep the intenet on coz you might get some worms, trojans, spywares or viruses

2) Turn off security and antivirs by right clicking on antivirus or sercurity on taskbar near clock. Find exit or shut of option and turn it off or press ctrl + alt + delete and task manager will appear. You can end process from there too.

3) Go to control panel then add remove programs and find your security and antivirus and uninstall it and reboot computer.

4) You can go to c:\program file\xxx This xxx is your antivirus folder you can delete that too.

5) Click on Start -%26gt; Run -%26gt; Type regedit -%26gt; press enter. Click on edit and find tab. Type your antivirus name and click on find you will get his subkeys or binary values. You can delete them too!!! COMPLETELY!!!
