Anti virus problem ??

hey i originelly had norton anti virus corporate edition in xp professionaL BUT SINCE QUITE SOME MONTHS , IT DIDN'T DETECT ANY PROBLEMS !! BUT YSTERDAY I DOWNLOADED AVG ANTI VIRUS and i had 3-4 trojan horses never detected by norton !! i have heard that two anti - virus softwares shud not exist not in the same system . which one shud i unistall !! urgently

you should use avg anti virus.

uninstall nortan immidetially but make sure both antivirus should not exist in ur system.

I recommend you get this program. It is called active virus shield. It is way better than any other program and it is FREE.
I USE ZONE ALARM I'VE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT AND IT DOESNT SLOW DOWN YOUR SYSTEM LIKE NORTON.
I say go with Norton. However, no anti-virus will be perfect. Programmers will always find ways around AV shields. Just like spyware, every anti-spyware program isn't the same. One program may not catch virus A but not virus B. While the next AV program may catch Virus B but not virus A. There is no perfect AV. Go with the one you like best. They both do a good job.
Norton. Obviously you didn't subscribe to keep the database up-t-date.
NOrton creates viruses that their programs can't detect. That's how they sucker you.
