Go to control panel or Tools - Internet Otion in the explorer

Internet option

here check the site name if any thing exists

then change it to www.yahoo.com or use Blanks option if u want a blank page.

OR

Use any spyware program to check if any spy exists.

You didn't say if you use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or another one. But, in most it will be Tools%26gt;Options then look for an entry called home page. Then, change it to whatever you like, e.g. google.com, yahoo.com, etc.

If it is not just that, then you might have spyware or a virus. So run one of the many free tools like Spybot for spyware and Bitdefender for anti-virus.
its a virus in your computer..u should scan it with real antivirus
