One on-access Antivirus only; as many on-demand (no real-time protection) AV's as you like.
Example: It would be OK to run Avast as your full-time, on-access AV with AVG and Avira both set as on-demand only; no real-time protection.
And you can have all the on-demand antispyware scanners you want.
Currently I'm using Three Anti-Virus softwares with On Access protection is it OK to have more than one?virus scan
No. And you're really paranoid...

It's not good to use any Anti Virus Programs more than one. It's going to slow down your PC speed. and they could reduce your memory size. So DELETE 2 and Keep the best one.
Norten internet security is best out of lot..but may slowed down start up but it covers all security features...look out of norten internet security2007..u must have licence or cracked version as u must able update it live periodically as withaut that updates any antivirus software is meaning less
yes but most people would settle with 2, using 3 would slow u down alot. To the other commenters just 1 is not always enough, different anti-virus programs pick up some things others miss. If you trust your anti-virus program that much good for you, not recommend unless its a good one. I personally use 1 good antivirus and several spy/mal ware programs as these programs are less likely to pick up everything. I would use two antivirus apps. but my comp. is for gamin and that would be to slow, but for a personal comp 2-3 is ok
