you already have a firewall/windows defender, and it works well, I would download %26#123;superantispyware%26#125; its free and works great, all the others: mcafee, norton ect.... slow your pc down

Vista machines now tend to come with either Norton or McAfee anti-virus protection which are just fine when configured properly. Another option is Microsoft's Live OneCare. Check the specs out on any anti-virus protection you consider using, but as long as you continue to update your protection and maintain your Firewall any anti-virus program will do fine.
