I have asked already for help on this one, no solution yet. I thought I'd found it when I discovered an entry in my localhost file %26 a Certificate that shouldn't be there. I keep getting my Browser redirecting to www.internic.co.uk, I also had redirections to www.MyFamily.com (this is known as DNS poisoning). Others on PCs said they have the same problem. Just when I thought I'd got rid of internic, it's come back again when I tried to log onto my Internet Banking today!! There has to be a way to beat these evil Hackers messing with our lives!! Help please.....
Mac OS X Anti-Virus / Anti-Spyware Software - Where can I get it? Serious case of URLs being redirected!?internet security
it can be from the ISP or if you are doing internet sharing it could be from a pc or screwed up router config!
are you piggybacking on someone?
I'd watched the answers for your question.. and assumed they gave you enough advice.. Now I'll add mine!
UPDATE:
You may be clean.. it may be your 'isp's dns! You can use another dns... there are plenty of alternate dns services... many free!
hit the search engines for free dns in your area. Since their DNS is obviously poisoned , and they don't know (or care??), you should avoid it , and go to a higher dns server.
it's just a little change in the network prefs.
