What is the most suitable Defrag, Disc Cleaning, Anti-virus and Anti-Spyware software for Win XP Pro

I have Windows XP Professional Installed on my Laptop.

I need your recommendation for the most suitable day to day utility tools software (which are better than the ones that come with Windows XP) that will be my PC clean / tidy / fast / safe.... etc

There are so many and I am confused which ones to select.

then

system security - AVG Internet Security Suite 7.5 (make sure u hav 512MB or more ram - it has firewall, antivirus, antispam %26 antispy)

Defrag - Diskeeper 2007/ Perfectdisk

Cache, temp files, disk %26 registry cleaning - CCleaner (freeware)
