You can't. Just go into microsoft.com and download avg free home edition. It works great. Best one I have used so far. They also have windows defender spyware adware .That is good to. And free. Good luck

Give NOD32 a try, its not free though. Though there is a 30-day trial available. Its the best one I've used, its detected some things that AVG Free Edition missed completely. Don't use Norton AV, its a bunch of bloatware.
