What the hell can i do?

My Computer is infected, i cant install any Anti virus software, and now all i get when i try to get into my control panel it stops me due to "restrictions"?

omg!! that happened to me too!! but, i have no idea of how my brother fixed it! sorry!! but, ill ask him later on!! ok!!
try to d/load " superantivirus " or " spywareblaster " if they do not fix it e-mail me and let me know what anti virus progams you have in
Re-boot your computer and log in from safemode as administrator. You should have no restriction. You then install the Anti-virus and run the virus scan. Remember to get the anti-spyware and anti-melware, too.
happened to me i did a system restore and it was fine
restore the whole pc as new install a free anti virus like Avast it is better then AVG cos there is a web filtering as i have it it blocks everything that windows firewall cant i keep bot on as usual it dont interfere with pcs os and install spybot search and destroy
Save everything of value onto disc and format your hard drive.

New O/S new start. Firewall/Anti virus/Anti spyware.

I use AVG free, Ad Aware 2007, Spybot and Spyware Blaster.

Keep everything upto date, I manually update on a Sunday night and let all the auto updates run.

When you come to return data from the discs, run scan disc from your anti virus before file transfer.

If you haven't got your master discs shop around before using a computer shop, the price and service varies dramatically.
