Anti virus ie: Microsoft. Please help someone,?

I don't know if i have done something wrong but the bubble kept telling me to check if i had anti virus software. I did and I didn't have it so i chose microsoft one live care and it,s taking hours. Nearly five so far and then it crashed. Whats wrong? Can any body help please.

Try AVG Free, it's a good little program.
First of all Don't download anything off the Internet I don't care how much you trust it. Unplug your computer and leave it sit for about five minutes. Then go to Best Buy and by anti-virus software. I suggest Norton anti-virus, it might be $30 but trust me it is worth it.
delete it and try Norton or BullGuard thisisa good one and is so fast and its complete internet security.
Get AVG antivirus is a great one and its free..it will catch a virus...
Get AVG antivirus. It's free and so are the updates. It also doesn't take control of your pc the way Norton does.
