My virus software found Trojans... what should I do?

Can u guys tell me what I should do about these files please? I ran my McAfee anti-virus software and it found 5 trojans.

They look like important files though, so I don't know what to do. I don't want to delte them and have my computer not start back up.

Multiple replies are appreciated... I need to know that I'm doing the right thing.

Download the free AVG virus scanner and spyware scanner by Grisoft. That virus program gives you the option to "quarantine" potential viruses instead of deleting them. This will keep these "trojans" separated from from the rest of your computer. If your virus program is giving you a "False Postive" on programs that you actually need to run your computer, then you can always release or re install the quarantined program.
